*Important information regarding the update
Before continuing to download the update for your device, please ensure that you are running the latest version of Gofigure (v1.2.134 or v1.2133 for Android) and (v2.12 for iOS). This is a crucial step in the process of updating your Poly as failure in doing so may corrupt the firmware.
You’ll also need both a Poly and a fully operational Mojo (1 or 2) device to update your Poly.
Whilst Poly is updating, it will reboot several times, so please do not use it until the download is completely finished.
You’ll know when your Poly has successfully updated once the P.status light returns to solid white for more than 30 seconds. It should then revert back to its normal charging status. We recommend leaving the unit alone whilst it is updating, to ensure the process can run without any interruptions.
